With an enormous amount of her time spent on community involvement, such as Scouting, Young Achievers, Interact, Chamber Of Commerce, Salvation Army, Rotary, The Correctional Services Consultancy Comittee & The Community Drug Action Program just to name a few, Carol is committed to helping todays youth and developing tomorrows leaders.

Having lived here most of her life, Carol has a broad knowledge of Goulburn, and has the desire to find you the appropriate house to settle in, in the right area.

Along with her friendly staff who are able to give professional and helpful advice, She consistantly achieves the best possible outcomes for people in the property market.

~THE CITY~

Goulburn Mulwaree has a population of just over 27,000 people and covers 3,232 square kilometres.
The area provides a unique blend of both city facilities, and a country lifestyle.

The city offers a variety of shopping, great schools both primary & secondary, training facilities such as TAFE, booming business & industry, numerous sporting, lesuire & recreational activities, a substantial emergency and health system, and is a very safe place to be as Goulburn also houses New South Wales' only Police Academy.

Goulburn is rich in history, and has many beautiful heritage buildings, including churchs' & cathedrals, memorials, and museums.

Our City is also rich in music and the performing arts, & hosts festivals such as the Australian Blues Festival.

Not to be forgotten are our motorsport participants & fans, with one of New South Wales' most important race-tracks, Wakefield Park running continuously with V8 Supercars, Vintage Motorbikes & Sports cars, Drifting, as well as both Club and National rallies.
